The new jaw crusher has a 21 per cent larger cavity volume compared to previous models in its class, allowing for more rock or ore to be crushed in a single go. The increased volume combined with the extra large feed opening ensures high-capacity primary crushing in all demanding quarrying and mining applications.
Using the Hongxing collar allows the bearings to be located together, greatly reducing the shaft deflection – and therefore the bending stresses – due to the rotation of an eccentric shaft. Components such as the common flinger collar, stress-relieved base frame and machined saddle work together to increase the lifespan of the machine.
