• Commodity: Sulphur, Yellow color.
• Origin: Turkmenistan Refinery
• Packing: PP Big bags of 1000 kg.
• Quality: Export Quality as per attached specification.
• Quantity: 20,000 MT per monthly.
• Delivery: 2 shipment of 10,000 MT per month.
• Price: XXX$ CROSS for one MT CIF at Bander Abbas/Iran.
• Payment: Irrevocable, Confirmed, Revolving Letter of Credit payable at
sight of Delivery at Bander Abbas RWS against documents as
mentioned in contract.
• Inspection: Seller and Buyer mutually agree that SGS or an internationally
recognized independent surveyor shall be appointed to assess the
quality and quantity of the cargo according to the specification
attached to the contract.
