WE the seller, hereby state and represent with full corporate authority & responsibility and under the penalty of perjury we are ready, willing and able to consummate the selling of the following commodity as per the specification, the quantity and the price in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein under.
COMMODITY: CHROME ORE, IRON ORE, TITANIUM ORE
ORIGIN: IRAN
DELIVERY: FOB, port Bandar Abbas, IRAN - YEAR CONTRACT or SPOT any volume
PRACE: In agreement PARTIES on the date of the order:
CHROME ORE (Cr2O3 53.24%) - $ 325 USD per MT
IRON ORE – (Fe 55%) - $65 USD per MT
TITANIUM ORE – (TiO2 41,8%) - $3 000 USD per MT
PACKING: in Bulk
INSPEСTION: SGS
PAYMENT: L/С, TRANSFER, TT
PROCEDURE:
1. Buyer issues ICPO + Detailed Company Profile + Bank Comfort Letter
2. Seller issues FCO + Draft Contract.
3. Final contract is signed and exchanged via fax/e-mail and/or in hard copies by Courier/Face to face with seller during visit by buyer.
4. Аt will Buyer visits the mine and verifies all aspects of the contract for his comfort
5. Seller issues L/С
6. Delivery commences as per contract:
After delivery on FOB port Bandar Abbas of each 40 000 tons of ore and certified buyer and SGS inspection in ship and bill of lading delivered to the buyer in Bandar Abbas - equivalent amount shall be released to the seller.
