You may ask: “Why should we check a bearing?”
1. The outgoing inspection (complete) is performed by domestic bearing manufacturers only for 60-70 % of products (instead of 100%).
2. We checked bearings of 120 trade marks that exist on the world market and came to the following conclusion: only 10% of them are better than bearings of domestic manufacturers, 10% have the same level, 80 are worse by their technical parameters.
3. Qualitative bearings are damaged due to their incorrect storage and transportation.
4. Qualitative bearings “die” due to improper lubrication and incorrect assembling : assembling without BALTECH HI Series induction heaters and BALTECH TOOLS.
5. Bearing supports should operate without additional loads. The bearing loads are reduced during alignment procedure with alignment systems BALTECH SA, rotor unbalance is reduced with inexpensive balancing device BALTECH VP-Balance, vibration level is monitored with the vibration meter BALTECH VP-3410 (ISO:10816).
6. Attention! There are many rebuilt bearings on the market. They have reduced service life and may even fail in several hours after assembling.
