Дробилка может работать в «мокром» режиме, т.е. с подачей воды в камеру дробления. Для этой цели дробилка по спец. заказу может комплектоваться загрузочной воронкой, предназначенной для подачи воды.

ОБЛАСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ:

В обеих технологиях могут применяться шаровые мельницы, аттриторы, планетарная мельница. Например, для сухого помола стекла хорошо зарекомендовал себя аттритор традиционно применяемый для мокрого измельчения порошков, для производства ферритов, керамики, магнитов, использовавшихся в изделиях электронной, автомобильной, авиационной промышленности.
Кроме того, оборудование используется для измельчения порошка при производстве фармацевтической продукции, микромрамора при производстве микрокальцита, клинкера при производстве цемента, песка при производстве силикатного кирпича, цемента при производстве строительных материалов. Так же оборудование используется для помола гипса угля, руды и прочих материалов, требующих помола по технологическому процессу в порошковой металлургии, лакокрасочной, химической, нефтехимической, пищевой, медицинской и других отраслей промышленности.
Разработан ряд оборудования для оснащения исследовательских лабораторий. Это аттритор АМП-30, гранулятор ГТ-0,6. Смеситель с V-образным корпусом СВ-15, смеситель с подогревом СП-70. Миксер – мельница ММ-20 дает возможность получить частицы порошков менее 1 мкм.
В планетарной мельнице МПА-6 производят сверхтонкий помол за счет использования удара, трения и высокой энергии мелющих тел.
Оборудование может быть исполнено из черной или нержавеющей стали, в зависимости от применения.
Могут быть выполнены проекты на оборудование любого конструктивного исполнения или на модернизацию существующего оборудования.
